23rd September 2016 - Membership Solutions Ltd (MSL) is delighted to announce that UEA Students’ Union (UEA SU) has selected the MSL System® to update all its digital engagement resources including ticketing and door entry management for the Union’s venues. The rapid implementation of the MSL System means the Union and its student members will benefit from their updated resources from the start of the 2016-2017 academic year.

UEASU has chosen to update its entire membership management resources with the MSL System, incorporating website, mobile app, clubs and societies resource, elections, ticketing and venue management, all of which support the Union’s Student Transformation Strategy.  

UEASU will utilise MSL’s Core module which includes a bespoke website, email and SMS communications, feedback and ecommerce along with the online Elections module.  The integrated MSL Venue & Door Entry module will provide the Union’s already highly successful venues with greater customer insight and attendance analysis whilst supporting operational tasks such as ticketless entry, guest lists and under-age/banned members.

UEASU provides support, services and entertainment to some 16,000 full and part time students from its Union House base on the university campus in Norwich.  The Union operates shops, bars, a nightclub, eateries, a media centre and an advice centre with many of the facilities run by students.  The five-strong elected officer team and 14 part time officers represent the student body and are supported by a full time staff for whom the fully integrated MSL solution will help continue their focus of inspiring and transforming students.
