If you missed our most recent release announcements, we are pleased to bring you details of release v7.91 and v7.92. These include Idea List enhancements as well as significant Volunteering updates such as reports, logs and records now available to download directly from the volunteer profile page, opportunity date options and provider logos for display on activity lists. See the full list of new features and improvements. 

Welcome to UEA Students' Union

We're delighted that UEA Students’ Union (UEA SU) has moved all of its digital engagement activities and resources to the MSL System. This move incorporates their ticketing and door entry management for the Union’s venues, the combination of which is already reaping benefits for the SU, notably at their venues where the team now average a remarkable redemption of 50 guests per minute. The MSL System also provides a new feature for e-Ticketing, more of which in the article below. Read the news in full.

e-Ticket solution for your events and venues now available  

A recent development to the MSL System's virtual ticketing feature means that you can now offer the convenience of e-Tickets to your customers and also to allow secondary ticket sales on third party sites. A simple configuration enables your system to output an email per online ticket sold. The email contains multiple tickets as PDF attachments and each attached ticket contains a unique barcode for validating individual entrance to an event or venue. If you are interested in using the e-Ticket feature for your events and venues, please contact us for a quote.

We're often asked about which hardware works best with the MSL System and we always defer to the people in the know - that's you! So, what do you use for your ticket printing, cash drawers and card readers? Has the technology worked well for you or was there a fair bit of config involved before you got it working? Refreshers web briefing - 7th December 2016, 12:00-12:30

This final web briefing of 2016 will prepare you and your team for a great Refreshers - using the power of mobile! Your App can help you make this year's Refreshers the biggest ever welcome back for your students. In this session we'll show you how to promote clubs and societies, events and happenings and sell more of your tickets to students on the move. Book your spaces today.

MSL Christmas and New Year office closure 

We know it's only November and we promise to remind everyone again before you disappear for your well-earned Christmas breaks - but we wanted to give you plenty of notice of our Christmas and New Year holiday dates. The office, including MSL Support, will close at 16:00 Friday 23rd December and re-opens 09:00 Tuesday 3rd January 2017. Critical systems will continue to be monitored during this period.
