24th July 2019 - Campus is buzzing with smartly dressed parents, friends and family and the ocassional roar can be heard from the graduation ceremonies taking place this week. So we know that it's only a matter of weeks before we're in the middle of your Freshers preparations and the excitement that surrounds Results Day.

The MSL team is on hand to provide guidance and help with all those annual tasks that will be coming around again soon and we have a fantastic series of training events happening throughout the summer. Don't forget Knowledge Base is full of tips and advice for Freshers but if you can't find what you need, you can always contact us and and our Web Chat facility is available on every support page.

It's all about the data - our recommendations for tasks this week 

Now's the time to head over to your reports and download any demographic data you'd like so you can ensure data from the academic year that has just ended is as accurate as possible. 

And while we're thinking about data, if you'd like alumni to be able to access their accounts once they've dropped out of your data, we recommend you contact your graduands and graduates as soon as possible to encourage them to add a personal email address so they can continue to access your website. If you need any help with alumni access to your website, please contact us.

Finally, if you haven't joined this week's Freshers Prep briefings, look out for the round-up of tips, advice and the playlist of recordings - they'll be available for everyone to use and are required viewing for everyone involved in getting ready for Results Day and beyond.

Training days, web briefings and 'how to sessions' - our summer series is underway  

If you're looking for new starter and refresher sessions, we have something for you and your team over the summer.

The next series of web briefings cover Student Voice resources and takes place the week commencing 5th August. We'll be running a web session on making the most of the StudentLink® app as your mobile comms channel on 13th August and then we're into a run of MSL Basics and Elections training days here at MSL through August, September and October.
