13th January 2017 - The Australian National University Students’ Association and the Postgraduate and Research Students' Association have selected the MSL System to support their growing digital membership management requirements. The new system will provide new websites, clubs and societies tools, messaging, e-commerce and community resources for both associations as well as a shared online elections platform.
Membership Solutions Ltd (MSL) is delighted to announce that Australian National University Students’ Association (ANUSA) and Postgraduate and Research Students' Association (PARSA) have each chosen MSL’s core membership management system along with a shared online elections platform which will be hosted at a data centre in Australia. The MSL System will be pivotal in providing services to the Associations’ combined 21,000 student members in Canberra, supporting their welfare, representation and social activities.
The Australian National University is a world-renowned institution with a very high reputation for its research. Of its 21,000 students, over half are postgraduates and a high proportion are international students from the Asia Pacific region and further afield. The two Students’ Associations are highly respected at the University - and across the wider student movement in Australia – to the extent that the University has permitted MSL to host their student data thereby underpinning the delivery of the MSL System and all the participation benefits it brings to each student member.
Colin Watson, Chief Executive of Membership Solutions Ltd, comments: “The MSL team is particularly proud to welcome two new Australian clients to the MSL community. This is a very important milestone in the growth of our business and also demonstrates the importance that students’ organisations are placing in utilising innovative and reliable solutions to underpin their engagement objectives. We look forward to working closely with both ANUSA and PARSA as they realise many of their initiatives in the coming months and years.”
