133: Message sending bug

Fixed a long standing bug where messages sent to an unconfirmed email address would be delivered if that address was then deleted while still unconfirmed.

24862: Message to self sometimes does not get delivered

Fixed an issue which meant that a email message you sent to yourself in the Message Centre would sometimes not get delivered.  This was because you would read it before the delivery service had a chance to deliver it, and the service only delivers unread messages.

24838: Seating plan - contact info for group owners

The seating plan admin group list now includes contact info for each group's owners.
